I am the Marketing Specialist for Compass and am currently pursuing my MBA in Marketing at Hofstra University’s Frank Zarb School of Business with an anticipated graduation in May 2025. In addition, I have obtained a Social Media Marketing Certification from Hootsuite and a Bachelors in Mass Media and Journalism from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. With over three years of dynamic experience in marketing, I’ve had the pleasure of working on a range of exciting campaigns that have boosted engagement by 85%. My career has allowed me to collaborate with a variety of industries, including e-commerce, fitness, fashion, and notably, hospitality.

One of my most rewarding experiences was leading digital marketing initiatives for luxury hospitality clubs in India. I orchestrated high-impact social media campaigns and influencer partnerships that significantly enhanced customer engagement and brand visibility. Additionally, I managed large-scale events for these clubs, including high-profile celebrity gatherings, which provided me with invaluable insights into event planning/management and client relations in the hospitality sector.

I thrive on creating compelling marketing strategies and have honed my skills in content creation, SEO, email marketing, and social media management. At Compass, I leverage my marketing skills to enhance our consulting services, ensuring we communicate effectively and strengthen our brand presence. My expertise in client engagement and content creation helps us connect with potential clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their HR needs, ultimately contributing to our firm’s growth and success.

Beyond my professional work, I’m actively involved with the Hofstra Graduate Marketing Association as the Vice President and have previously contributed as Treasurer and Event Manager for the Cultural Committee at Maharashtra Institute of Technology. When I’m not immersed in marketing projects, I enjoy traveling and dancing, which inspire my creativity and drive.
