HR Coordinator

McCulloch joined Compass Workforce Solutions following the completion of his MBA in Human Resources Management from Adelphi University, where he also acquired his BBA in Human Resources Management and Minor in Psychology. Prior to joining Compass, McCulloch worked in several different functions within Human Resources across professional services and manufacturing industries.

His first opportunity was at WB&B Executive Search where McCulloch was exposed to differences in sourcing across many industries.  He assisted with recruiting Director to C-Suite level roles in Fortune 500 companies, with a specialty in identifying diverse candidates.

From there, McCulloch joined Sartorius North America where he served as a Human Resources Coordinator within their HR Services team. He worked a great deal in both administrative and project-based functions. These projects included in-depth collaboration with the Benefits Specialist, as well as some work with onboarding, payroll, and time and attendance.

Following this experience, McCulloch worked as an Associate Recruiter with Judit Inc., where he was allowed a great deal of autonomy as he sourced contract-based roles and communicated with candidates. This role included a hands-on approach for the full lifecycle of his candidates’ employment; from guiding these candidates through the interview process, assisting in the coordination of background checks and drug tests to conducting exit surveys following the completion of their contract.

Throughout his vocational tenure, McCulloch additionally worked as a Graduate Assistant at Adelphi University where he served as an Assistant Coach for the Men’s and Women’s Track & Field team. Here he assisted in conflict resolution, managing team operations, developing a recruitment pipeline, and standardizing a structure for all processes.
