HR Intern

I am currently working towards a Bachelors in Science with a Major in Business Management and a Minor in Economics from Farmingdale State College. My anticipated graduation is May 2025. I come to Compass Workforce Solutions with a variety of experience in customer service and leadership roles. I have been a Shift Leader at Dunkin Donuts for a few years. In this role, I have had the opportunity to interview candidates and review timecards for payroll processing. Over the last year, I have been working as a Bank Teller which has strengthened my administrative skills and increased my knowledge of compliance protocols. In addition, I am the President of Phi Sigma Sigma which is a non-profit organization on my college campus. As President, I lead my chapter in various areas including philanthropy events, community fundraising, and academic achievements. This position has provided me with the opportunity to assist with recruitment events every semester to gain more members. My chapter of Phi Sigma Sigma has successfully recruited and retained 76 college women. Although I do not have any previous employment experience in Human Resources, my previous experience in recruiting has enabled me to learn interview strategies that have led to the successful recruitment of qualified candidates.

I look forward to my opportunity at Compass Workforce Solutions and am excited to gain additional knowledge and experience in the area of Human Resources.
