Administrative Services Manager

I have a Masters in Psychology from Adelphi University and am a SHRM-SCP. I spent 20 years as a Healthcare Administrator in various outpatient healthcare settings. During my tenure in administration, I successfully navigated various Human Resources processes. My diverse experience enabled me to develop an intimate understanding of the various cycles of employment, including recruitment, employee engagement, and personnel management. I have been instrumental in fostering positive team dynamics and implementing various team building strategies. My vocational experiences motivated me to obtain my SHRM-SCP which has further increased my knowledge in Human Resources.

I enjoy developing new systems to enhance productivity and team satisfaction. This area is one of my strengths. As a Healthcare Administrator, I developed a variety of workflows and utilized automated functionalities to enhance operations. Some examples include integrating new electronic practice management/health records and creating workflow processes that crossed practice departments to streamline insurance verification and authorizations. In addition, I have implemented patient recall systems and created reports that monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). I believe that by providing employees with the support and tools they need to succeed, the team and company succeeds, as well. I look forward to using my skills to further the success of the Compass Workforce Solutions team and clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach and amusement parks. I also love reading, solving puzzles, exercising, and watching competition reality shows.
