As an HR Business Partner at Compass, I’m dedicated to contributing my expertise and experience to foster a thriving work environment. My journey in the HR field spans 12 years, offering a wealth of insights and accomplishments.

I bring a diverse background to the table, having worked in various business sectors, including Legal Collections, IT Solutions, Construction, Medicine, and Aerospace Manufacturing. My most recent role involved being part of a team that managed HR in a corporate setting with over 4000 employees across four sites. I proudly served as the Site HR Lead for one of our Long Island locations, leading and collaborating on impactful projects such as developing a managerial training series, implementing Workplace Anti-Harassment training, and providing strategic coaching to management, from first level to the VP and Director level.

I am an active member of SHRM Long Island and hold the SHRM-CP certification. My passion for HR was sparked during my transition from a background in education to the private sector, and pursuing my MA in Human Resources Administration only solidified my commitment to this field. I look forward to continuing my journey in Human Resources as I explore new opportunities and make a positive impact on the companies that I team up with as well as the employees that work for them.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I relish quality time with my family, whether on a sandy Caribbean beach or exploring a serene patch of shoreline during kayaking adventures on the Long Island Sound. I like riding my bike, always have an E-book at hand, and lately, have been challenging my mind with crossword puzzles and matching games to stay mentally sharp. My commitment to lifelong learning extends beyond the workplace, making me a well-rounded and dedicated HR professional.
