Andrea is a HR Business Partner who has a Masters of Science from University of Albany and Masters in Business Administration from Georgia State University. She has over 30 years of Human Resources and talent management experience, with more than 15 years specializing in talent acquisition and retention. She has a particular specialty in working with businesses that hire hourly employees and leverages her experience as a former franchise owner of a Massage Envy Spa to understand the unique challenges in this space.

Andrea has worked extensively with small to mid-market businesses nationwide across industries such as professional services (CFO/Law/Construction), franchises, retail, and food service. Andrea’s expertise lies in full life-cycle recruitment, optimizing talent acquisition processes, and helping businesses develop and market strong employer brands.

Her focus areas include designing comprehensive new hire kits and onboarding for success, providing customized interview training, and empowering talent acquisition teams through cutting-edge AI training and consulting. She also excels in building compensation strategies and career ladders that align with organizational goals and employee growth.
