We also leverage your organization chart, employee handbook and employee benefits guide to allow the team to provide accurate information to employees on policies, procedures and benefits and points of contact or resources available to them.

AskHR is staffed with a team of credentialed HR professionals with an average of 15+ years of experience. Our team is trained by labor attorneys and averages over of 20+ training hours per year. The team also has access to employment regulation databases, libraries and HR tools and tool kits.

During our client onboarding process, escalation procedures and internal points of contact are identified for specific types of employee questions including, discrimination, harassment, bullying, leaves of absence and benefit or claim processing issues.

Our sexual harassment, discrimination and bullying prevention training is specifically designed with content targeted to an employee’s level in the organization and to the state specific requirements for the 7 states and 2 municipalities that required prevention training. We also have leadership, manager, and supervisor training available on conducting effective meetings, providing performance feedback, conducting legal job interviews to name a few.
How scalable is AskHR for a business or organization that might experience fluctuations in employee headcount or peak seasons?
AskHR is based on your monthly active employee headcount on a per employee per month basis and may be updated for the next month with 10 days advance notice.
