I am an HR Generalist at Compass Workforce Solutions, where I play a crucial role in supporting clients with their HR requirements, encompassing recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and employee training. My primary expertise lies in Talent Acquisition and Early Talent Program Coordination. I excel in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that enhance candidate engagement and bring in employees aligned with the company’s mission.

Prior to joining the Compass team, I served as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Early Talent/Program Recruiter at Fitch Ratings. In my coordinator role, I led the candidate experience, guiding them through the hiring process, managing expectations, and liaising with hiring managers to fulfill various recruiting needs. As an Early Talent and Program Recruiter, I facilitated the onboarding of candidates into program cohorts, covering interns, junior talent, veterans, and return-to-work professionals.

Outside of work, I cherish time spent with family and friends. I stay actively engaged in pop culture and fashion. My hobbies include traveling, attending concerts, enjoying comedy shows, and reading.
