Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Philosophy from Stony Brook University, Fall 2023.

Lauren started working with Compass Workforce Solutions as an HR Intern in November 2022, and moved on to an HR Coordinator role in May 2023. She has over a year of experience in the Human Resources field, and specializes in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. Lauren has worked on Selection and Hiring processes, Onboarding, setting up New Hire Kits and Binders, Assistance with Sexual Harassment trainings, HR Workshops, utilizing and gaining understanding on the Predictive Index, Data Input, Administrative tasks, Retaining Client Information, and Interviewing. She has worked with clients in various industries including mental health support, maintenance, warehouse, furniture repair, executive administration services, finance, wealth management, and the human resources field. Lauren has worked with non-for-profit organizations by assisting them with recruitment, interviewing, and communications with candidates. Lauren has worked on data entry and other technological projects needed for the company.
