Madeline Ercolano is a Human Resources Generalist III and SHRM Certified Professional. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
Madeline brings over 15 years of human resources experience to her roles.
As a long-time HR leader, she has developed extensive expertise in supporting fast-paced, high-growth organizations with experience in HR management and operations. She has worked for several non-profits including Easter Seals, and corporate entities such as Loews Hotels. Her experience includes full-cycle recruitment, multi-state compliance, payroll and benefits administration, policy development, federal and state compliance, employee relations, and FMLA
Previously, she served as a Human Resources Manager at a telecommunications company. In this role, she partnered with leadership to drive staffing initiatives and ensure organizational compliance and excellence. In addition, she brings a people-centered, strategic approach to every organization she supports.
Madeline is originally from Brooklyn, NY, and spent 6 years in Alaska before moving to Florida. She loves to spend time with her dogs, friends and going to shows and concerts!
