Human Resources Intern

I am the Human Resources Intern at Compass Workforces Solutions.  Currently, I am in my third undergraduate year at Farmingdale State College, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a Minor in Legal Studies. 

I have previously worked at Taco Bell and Splish Splash.  These positions have provided me with an understanding of team dynamics and the importance of effective communication.  I have had to learn time management skills and display excellent customer service to patrons.  These skills, in addition to my undergraduate classes in business law, employment law, and communications, have set me up for success as a HR Intern.   

I look forward to the opportunity to take what I have learned in the classroom and apply it to the real world.  I am grateful to be in a position where I can learn from those around me that have more experience in this field.
