I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a specialization in operations management, marketing, and accounting from Stony Brook University. I’ve been with Compass for one year and I’m currently working towards earning my SHRM-CP credential. I have experience working with privately held companies in industries such as furniture rental, service providers, and construction. I also work closely with a not-for-profit organization that has a focus on behavioral health and addition recovery. While I’ve completed tasks in many different areas of HR, I would say that the area I excel in the most is full life cycle recruitment and onboarding. For example, at the non-for-profit organization that I mentioned, I’ve successfully recruited for a wide range of positions, those being supported housing roles, recovery coaches, wellness peer specialists, administrative roles maintenance roles, all the way to C-Suite level positions. And of course, once the offer is made to the candidate, I provide any support that is necessary in the onboarding process. My strength in recruitment is demonstrated in my ability to make a connection with applicants and boost their excitement about the roles that they’re applying for. And the feedback that I’ve received from clients reflects this as well.
