Glad I invested the time to go through the PI behavioral assessment with the certified practitioners at Compass Workforce Solutions. The tool was straightforward and easy to complete. The insights shared truly resonated with me both in terms of how I show up at work and in life, in general. I was fortunate to be able to attend the Understanding Your People Style at Work and Beyond workshop with 2 of my colleagues. This workshop was informative, interactive and eye opening! Not only did I learn about myself and my communication style, I learned about my coworkers that were present and their communication styles. I am looking forward to being more observant of those around me and adjust my style to be a communicator!

Christine and I reviewed my Predictive Index and I found her insights invaluable. Most importantly, I was glad to see that my skills and capabilities aligned perfectly with my current role. Further, where I had questions, Christine was able to provide clarity in terms of how the Index can be interpreted and utilized for my unique purposes. Christine's fluency with this process was evident and I found our conversation so productive. My experience with Compass has been exceptional. I engaged Compass Workforce Solutions in 2017 and expected compliance and advice to understand my obligations as an employer of over 50 employees operating in New York City. The surprise was the quality of support we received with employee relations, communication skills training, management coaching, implementing a new time and attendance system and guidance on new benefit programs including Parental Leave and the recommendation to fund this leave by enhancing our short-term disability benefits and adding long-term disability benefits. The diverse skill set of my Compass team has been a tremendous resource to me and my managers. This support allowed the Barasch & McGarry leadership team to focus our efforts on key initiates including ensuring the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund was fully funded and permanently extended for 70 years. I am a huge fan of Compass!

Compass provided Sexual Harassment Training to our staff and managers. The training was well crafted and the instructors made the topic more interesting than expected. Highly recommend Christine and her team (Jane Tucker) to train. Will continue to partner with Compass on future work.

We recently hired Compass to lead two state-mandatory sexual harassment training sessions - one for partners and one for employees. Jane Tucker led both sessions and did a very good, professional job in presenting the material and answering questions. I can't say anyone in the office was looking forward to the sessions, but both groups took something positive out of them. One of the partners came in the next day and said "Please tell Jane that I thought she did a great job." I would highly recommend Compass, and Jane in particular, for anyone that needs to do this training.
