Joseph joined the team in December of 2016 as an HR Intern. With a background in Psychology and Business from Stony Brook University, Joseph is eager to break into the field of HR and capitalize on the learning experience of working for an HR consulting firm. Joseph will earn his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in May of 2017, and has plans to continue on to his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology after gaining some meaningful work and business experience. Joseph is responsible for assisting HR Coordinators, Generalists, and Team leads with client payroll and administrative projects. New to the field of HR, Joseph brings strong professional experience from his current clerical internship with the Stony Brook University Small Business Development Center and managerial role as the Assistant/Night Manager with Meat Farms. For the past 3 years, Joseph has spent his leisure time assisting with the summer baseball tournament for the Little League World Series in Commack, and has volunteered his time at Saint Catherine’s Hospital in Smithtown. Joseph’s passions lie in community service, physical activity and sports, and spending time with his family.
