Attracted to customer service-related roles since her first job at age 14, Jasmin provides services to clients in the areas of employment legislation and regulations on the Federal, State and local level, employee record requirements, employee retention, employee relations and communications and benefits administration. Prior to her tenure at CWS, Jasmin held a number of human resources positions in the New York City area, including Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Clifford Chance US, LLP – Americas Region; Employment Manager, School of Visual Arts’ College of Fine Arts; Senior Human Resources Generalist for Thomson Financial; Human Resources Assistant at Booz Allen Hamilton; and Benefits Assistant at Goldman Sachs. She is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and its Long Island Chapter and earned a certificate in HR Management from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations in New York, NY. Active in the community, Jasmin collects and sends gently used baseball uniforms and other clothing to underprivileged children in the Dominican Republic. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in Muay Thai, the combat sport of Thailand and long-distance running events, including the New York Marathon.
